Successful Book Talk by Sajeet Soudagar at Bank Negara Malaysia Financial Services Library

The recent book talk by Sajeet Soudagar, author of the thriller novel “Silencing the Lambs,” was held at the Bank Negara Malaysia Financial Services Library (FSL) located on the ground floor of the AICB Centre of Excellence (ACE) building, Jalan Dato Onn, Kuala Lumpur. “Silencing the Lambs,” which sold over 400 copies on its launch day, May 25, 2024, has captivated readers with its thrilling narrative.

The event was part of the FSL Fest, a collaborative effort between the Financial Services Library and MPH, held from June 24 to June 29, 2024. In addition to Sajeet Soudagar’s book talk, the FSL Fest featured a variety of engaging activities, including an embroidery workshop by Sulam Global, a vase clay demonstration by Julia Design, and children’s activities hosted by MAG and MPH.

The Financial Services Library, open to the public on weekdays, stands as a beacon of knowledge at Bank Negara Malaysia.

Established to provide comprehensive information and research resources, the FSL serves as a hub for financial knowledge, fostering education and professional development within the banking and finance industry. The library’s mission is to support the information and research needs of BNM staff, industry practitioners, academics, and the public.

Sajeet Soudagar expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to host his book talk at the Financial Services Library. “It was truly an honor to be invited to such a prestigious venue, and I am elated by the positive response and engagement from the attendees.
