ISI Marks Milestone with Graduation, Global MoU Signing, and Industry Forum

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 7, 2025 – The International Strategic Institute (ISI) has achieved a significant milestone by hosting a high-impact event that combined its graduation ceremony, international Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signings, and an industry forum under the theme “Empowering Industry, Transforming the Future Through Education.”


112 Graduates Celebrate Academic Achievement
This year, ISI proudly celebrated the success of 112 graduates from various programs, including the Professional Certificate in 4Q Scientific and Artistic Parentology, 5Q Quantum Communication & Social Science, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Executive MBA (EMBA), and Strategic Coach Training. The achievement further cements ISI’s role as a leader in talent development and an integrated training hub for industry.
Strategic MoUs with Asian Partners
The ceremony also featured the signing of strategic MoUs with key partners from China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. Among the notable figures were Ms. Alisa Xun (Inwin World, China), Sir Teddy Jr. Barcellano (NCMA, Philippines), and Mr. Truang Nguyen (Life AI, Vietnam), alongside several other industry leaders. These partnerships are expected to expand ISI’s global network and strengthen industry development through education.
Inspiring Messages from Leaders
Smart Partners ISI’s Ms. Berllie Wong highlighted education as more than just a certificate, describing it as a journey of transformation that shapes the heart, mind, and purpose.
“When you blossom, butterflies will come to you,” she said.
ISI Vice President Dr. Johny Yap emphasized that graduation is not an end but a new beginning, acknowledging the contributions of strategic partners.
“By investing in knowledge, you are investing in the leaders of tomorrow,” he said.
ISI President Dr. Gavin Voon underlined education as a catalyst for industry transformation and a symbol of courage and leadership.

Keynote Addresses and Industry Forums
The event also featured keynote addresses from leading industry figures, including Marcus (Singapore) on government resources for business development, Jonathan Tan (FinLab) on financial innovation for SMEs, Dr. Kong (Carijob) on digital talent development, and Wilson (Innovation R21) on industrial technology.

Dr. Gavin Voon further presented practical solutions for global entrepreneurs, while Dr. (H.C.) Johny Yap and Joreen Wong introduced the ASEAN Influential Award 2025.
Three major forums added depth to the program: the ASEAN Influential Award Forum, the Strategic Coach Forum, and the Worldwide Wellness Carnival Forum, focusing on entrepreneurial ecosystems, leadership training, and community-based products and services.
Special Address by Guest of Honour
Guest of Honour, Amb. Dato’ Chitra Devi Ramiah, delivered a heartfelt message, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between education, business, and society.
